Effective Date: June 29, 2026
Thank you for reviewing our Privacy Policy. Your privacy is important to us.
This Privacy Policy explains how ML Unified Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information collected through the mlstats.net website and related services (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at:

1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information you choose to provide directly, such as when you contact us, submit a form, request support, subscribe to updates, or use a feature that asks for information.
This may include:
- name
- email address
- message content
- account information if account features are offered
- payment information if paid features are offered
- other information you choose to provide
B. Calculator and Scenario Inputs
Portfolio Modeler, Retirement Calculator, Backtest, Monte Carlo, tax, and related tools may ask you to enter numbers and assumptions, such as portfolio balances, account balances, income needs, expenses, ages, dates, allocation percentages, growth assumptions, yield assumptions, tax assumptions, and other scenario inputs.
These inputs are used to perform the calculations you request. Some calculations are performed by transmitting the input values to the ML Stats backend server, where they are processed and returned as calculation results.
Unless otherwise stated, ML Stats does not intentionally store portfolio or retirement calculation request bodies in a backend database by default. Scenario information saved by the tools is generally stored in your browser's local storage on your device. Local storage is controlled by your browser and device.
You should not enter sensitive personal, financial, or account-identifying information into the calculators, including Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, brokerage account numbers, bank account numbers, login credentials, passwords, authentication codes, or exact account names that identify a real financial institution account.
C. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as:
- IP address
- browser type
- device type
- operating system
- referring URLs
- pages viewed
- time spent on pages
- clickstream or usage events
- general diagnostic and security information
Server infrastructure, security systems, hosting providers, and application logs may process technical metadata needed to operate, secure, debug, and maintain the Service. We do not intentionally log calculator request bodies for ordinary production operation.
D. Cookies and Local Storage
We use strictly necessary cookies for security and core site functions, including cookie preference storage and CSRF protection.
With your permission, we may also use optional cookies or local storage for:
- preferences
- analytics
- marketing or advertising measurement
The calculator tools may use local storage to save user-entered calculator settings and draft scenarios in your browser. Clearing browser data may delete this information.
E. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party service providers for hosting, security, analytics, advertising, payment processing, email, or other operational needs. These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not load optional analytics or marketing technologies unless consent is obtained where required by law.

4. Cookies and Tracking Choices
Where required by law, we request your consent before setting or using non-essential cookies, local storage, analytics, marketing pixels, or similar technologies.
You can accept, reject, or manage optional categories using the consent controls provided on the Service. You may also manage cookies through your browser settings.
5. Calculator Disclaimer Acceptance
Before using certain financial calculator features, we may ask you to acknowledge that the tools are educational only, that outputs are hypothetical, and that ML Stats does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or retirement advice. This acknowledgement may be stored in your browser's local storage so it does not need to be shown before every calculation.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and preserve operational integrity.
Browser-local scenario data remains on your device until you delete it, clear browser storage, use a reset/delete feature, or your browser removes it.
Transient calculation inputs sent to the backend are processed to return results and are not intentionally stored in a backend database by default.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
